The year 2007 is looking promising for the Real Estate Market.  The reason for this is because of the improved condition for buyers who are now becoming more flexible while interest rates are near historic low percentage rates.  By early next Spring, there should be a balanced market of buyers and sellers which will help support a future price growth.
